ARTICLE 1 : PURPOSE

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of online training programs offered by FJ. SEMET – Therapeutic Self-Massage (TSM) via its website. Two programs are available:

1. TSM – Bases (Individuals) – a simplified online course designed for personal well-being and prevention.

2. TSM – Certification Level 1 (Professionals) – a professional certification program for healthcare and wellness practitioners, allowing them to integrate the TSM method into their practice.

Important disclaimer: All programs are for well-being and prevention. They are not medical services and do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

ARTICLE 2 : PRICES

​

• TSM – Bases (Individuals): €500

• TSM – Certification Level 1 (Professionals): €3000

All prices are listed in euros, VAT included where applicable. Prices may be adjusted at any time for future sales. Once a purchase is confirmed and paid, the agreed price is final and non-modifiable.

ARTICLE 3 : TSM – BASES (INDIVIDUALS)

• The course is designed for personal use only.

• It provides simplified tools for well-being and pain prevention.

• This course does not grant certification and cannot be used in a professional setting.

• Access is strictly personal and non-transferable.

• All sales are final – no refunds will be issued once access has been provided.

ARTICLE 4 : TSM – CERTIFICATION LEVEL 1 (PROFESSIONALS)

• The certification program is open exclusively to healthcare, physical activity, or wellness professionals.

• To access the certification, applicants must provide an attestation of their professional status. Access will be granted only after verification by the TSM team. This ensures the certification remains exclusive and high-level.

• Certification is obtained only if:

• All modules are completed, and

• The final exam is passed with a minimum score of 80% correct answers.

• Certification authorizes integration of the TSM method in professional practice, under the responsibility of the practitioner.

• Certification does not authorize teaching, training others, or commercializing the method in any form.

• All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of FJ. SEMET.

• Access is strictly personal and non-transferable.

• Any physical touching of clients is not required by the TSM method.

• Non-consensual touching of a client, or any report of misuse of physical contact under the name of TSM, will result in immediate termination of certification and access, without refund.

• All sales are final – no refunds will be issued once access has been provided.

ARTICLE 5 : PAYMENT

​

• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase, via secure payment systems available on the website.

• Services will not begin until full payment has been received.

ARTICLE 6 : LIABILITY

​

• TSM cannot be held responsible for inappropriate use of its programs.

• Results may vary depending on individual practice and cannot be guaranteed.

• For professionals, full responsibility for correct application of the method rests with the certified practitioner.

• TSM emphasizes that the method is based on self-massage. Touching another person is not required in TSM. Any physical intervention must be based solely on explicit, informed, and written client consent.

• All users remain responsible for consulting a physician or healthcare professional when needed.

ARTICLE 7 : INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

​

The TSM – Therapeutic Self-Massage method and all training materials (videos, PDFs, manuals, illustrations, exercises, protocols) are the exclusive property of FJ. SEMET.
Any reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE 8 : PERSONAL DATA

​

Personal data collected during registration is used exclusively for order processing and program management. For details, see the Privacy Policy.

ARTICLE 9 : GOVERNING LAW

​

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, only French courts will have jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 10 : SANCTIONS

​

10.1 – For Individuals (TSM – Bases)

Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by an Individual User may result in:

• Immediate and permanent suspension of access to the program, without refund,

• Civil and/or criminal legal action in case of intellectual property violation (reproduction, sharing, unauthorized teaching).

10.2 – For Professionals (TSM – Certification Level 1)

Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by a Professional User may result in:

• Immediate and permanent suspension of access to the program, without refund,

• Withdrawal of certification,

• Civil and/or criminal legal proceedings when applicable.

Grounds for sanctions include, but are not limited to:

• Failure to comply with intellectual property rules (teaching, reproducing, or selling the method without authorization),

• Unauthorized dissemination of official TSM materials,

• Failure to achieve the certification requirements (minimum 80% correct answers at the final exam),

• Misrepresentation of certification status,

• Any physical contact with a client without explicit, informed, and written consent under the name of TSM,

• Any conduct damaging the integrity, safety, or reputation of the TSM method or of FJ. SEMET.
